Highlights of this tour include:

3 Nights at the Lord Elgin Hotel in downtown Ottawa - within walking distance of Parliament Hill, the Rideau Canal, Confederation Park, and more • See the world’s largest indoor collection of totem poles at Canada's most-visited museum, the Canadian Museum of History which presents the events, people and objects that have shaped the nation • Enjoy a City Tour with a Local Guide – learn more about this beautiful capitol city and its major landmarks including Parliament Hill, The National War Memorial, Rideau Falls, and so much more • Visit Rideau Hall  - the official residence in Ottawa of both the Canadian monarch and the Governor General of Canada • Guided Tour of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Musical Ride Centre and Stables – the facility where the “Mounties” and their horses rehearse for the country’s famed Musical Ride •  Time for shopping and dining on your own at Byward Market – home to farmer’s markets, artisan booths, shops, restaurants and entertainment venues •  Visit Commissioners Park, where over 300,000 tulips bloom alongside the Rideau Canal's picturesque Dows Lake • Time to visit Parliament Hill, museums, shops and galleries on your own

 

Tour departs from Concord, NH ~ Maximum of 36 Passengers

 

International Travel: All passengers MUST carry a valid U.S. Passport or U.S. Passport Card to travel between the United States and Canada.  Passengers without proper documentation will be denied boarding and refunds will not be given. Travelers convicted of a felony or misdemeanor will not be allowed to cross the border.

 

Activity Level: On this tour, participants can expect walking on potentially uneven, outdoor surfaces, as well as activities that require climbing stairs and periods of standing. Outdoor activities will take place rain or shine.

 

Payment Terms: $150 per person deposit; plus the cost of Travel Protection, if purchased, required at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to tour departure.
